## Discrepancy

LOUD NOISE AT DOOR 2R AFTER TAKEOFF.  UNSECURED LOOSE STRAP OUTSIDE OF 2R DOOR.  FOUND SAFETY STRAP OUTSIDE SLAPPING FUSELAGE, NO DAMAGE TO ACFT.
