UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE.  SKIN EXTRACT VLV SHOWING FULL OPEN & AMBER WITH ECAM FAULT.  REPLACED SKIN AIR INLET VLV IAW AMM 21-26-54-400-001A.  OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL.
