SEAT TRACK RBL 45.50 OUTBOARD FORWARD FASTENER HOLE, FORWARD OF BEAM HAS CRACK INDICATIONS.  REMOVED DAMAGED SECTION OF FLANGE, FABRICATED REPAIR PARTS & INSTALLED ALL REPAIR PARTS IAW ECRA 5320-02562 REV ORIGINAL.
