EICAS MSG ENG 1 EEC MODE WITH ALTN LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  SHUTDOWN ENG & RESTARTED, NO HELP.  REPLACED THE EEC CONTROL COMPLIED WITH AMM 73-21-04.
