SULFUR SMELL, SMOKE ODOR SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK.  FOUND LT RECIRC FAN NOT RUNNING.  ISOLATED & RE-RAN BOTH PACKS WITH NO ODOR DETECTED.  CB`S COLLARED & DEFERRED.
