EQUIPMENT COOLING ADVISORY & EQUIP COOLING VENT FAN STATUS MSG DISPLAYED, AT BLOCK IN. CREW ALSO NOTICED AN ELEC ODOR.  REPLACED EQUIP COOLING FAN IAW MM 21-27-20.  OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL.
