EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN ECONOMY CLASS, SEATS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE DURING TEST.  REPLACED POWER SUPPLY & BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-51-06.  SYS OP CHECKED NORMAL, ALL LIGHTS FUNCTIONING.
