STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR THROUGH ENTIRE AIRCRAFT, LASTED 30 MINUTES OF FLIGHT.   REMOVED AND REPLACED CHILLER C21 IAW AMM 25-33-01.  PERFORMED INSPECTION OF CABIN NO ODOR NOTED.
