AIRCRAFT DIVERED TO DUE TO SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT.  CREW REPORTED LOUD NOISE AND HUM.  NO DEFECTS WITH ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.  FOUND NR 1 PACK SEIZED.  R & R THE ACM, AND FILTERS.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
