ELECTRICAL ODOR STARTED WHEN WHEN LOWERING THE GEAR ON FINAL.   FOUND RIGHT HF TRANSCEVIER BAD.  REMOVED AND REPLACED.  OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 23-11-03.
