CLIMB OUT THRU 14K FT CABIN ALT EICAS AND AUDIBLE WARNING. AIRCRAFT INTEGRITY OK. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER IAW AMM 21-31- 02.
