HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER IN SPAR SKIN  HSS 129.50, FOUND CRACKED ABOUT 18 INCHES FROM AFT SPAR. THE SKIN WAS REPAIRED IAW SRM 55-10-01, REP 11.
