LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT AND EMERGENCY SEAT LIGHTS FROM ROW 22 TO ROW 27 FOUND INOPERATIVE.  BATTERY LOOSE,  SECURED THE BATTERY.  OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW 33-51-13.
