STANDBY ALTIMETER PROBLEM ALTITUDE READOUT STICKS DURING CLIMB OR DESCENT THEN JUMPS AS MUCH AS  400 FEET.   REPLACED INDICATOR IAW AMM 34-13-01-400-801 UTILIZING QUICK DISC ONNECT FEATURE. OPS OK
