## Discrepancy

R4 DOOR FLASHLIGHT INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND INSPECTED THE FLASHLIGHT, NO DEFECTS NOTED.  FLASHLIGHT OPS CHECKED GOOD.  REINSTALLED FLASHLIGHT IN THE MOUNTING BRACKET AND PUSHED PRESS TO TEST BUTTON. OPS TEST PASSED IAW AMM 25-64-01.
