PRIOR TO T/O, BURNING SMELL IN FLT  FWD EQ EXH FAN STATUS MESSAGE.  FWD RACK EXHAUST FAN REPLACED AS PER AMM 21-58-06-004-133. OPS NOW NORMAL NO EICAS MSG PRESENT.
