DURING A CHECK, FOUND THE L3 FLASHLIGHT BATTERY INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED HIGH INTENSITY EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT BATTERY IAW AMM 25-64-95-201, TASK 960-802. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
