SMOKE FROM AFT GALLEY OVEN SET OFF LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR,  OVEN TURNED OFF.  REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN POSITION 411 IAW IFM 25-32-75. OPS CHECKED, FAULTS NOTED. ACFT OK TO CONTINUE.
