## Discrepancy

SMOKE ODOR REPORTED IN THE AFT LAVATORY B.   EMERGENCY DECLARED.  FOUND THE LAV BALLAST FAILED AND EMITTING ODOR.  REPLACED THE MIRROR LIGHT BALLAST. ALL AFT LAVATORY ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONAL OPS TESTED OK.  INCLUDING FASTEN SEAT BELT SIGN, ATT CALL ,MIRROR AND DOME LIGHT.
