AUDIBLE WHIRRING NOISE WITH STRONG ODOR COMING FROM ABOVE LAVATORY B.  UNABLE TO VERIFY THE REPORTED NOISE OR SOURCE OF THE ODOR.  ODOR WENT AWAY AFTER REMOVED AND REPLACED BURNED MIRROR LIGHT BALLAST.
