STRONG WET SOCK ODOR IN THE FLT DECK DURING CLIMB.  DID IT ON 2 LEGS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH CABIN RECIRCULATIION AIR FILTERS IAW AMM 21-21-41-400--001-A.
