## Discrepancy

ELECTRIC SHOCK FROM FWD GALLEY.  WHEN THE CHILLER IS  TURNED OFF, IN THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY SHOCK GOES AWAY.  EMERGENCY DECLARED.  FOUND WIRE INSULATION FOUR INCHES FROM COUNTER LIGHT SWITCH CAUSING SHORT TO STRUCTURE. REPAIRED THE WIRE.
