L1 FWD ENTRY DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED AT APPROX 9OKTS VERIFIED WITH INFLIGHT CREW THAT DOOR WAS NOT CLOSED ALL THE WAY. OPERATED DOOR, MANIPULATED HANDLE AND HANDLE STAYED IN PLACE AND LOCKED. NO OTHER DEFAULTS NOTED.
