## Discrepancy

L ENGINE BLEED OFF LIGHT DURING TAKEOFF ROLL.  REJECTED TAKEOFF. HPSOV FAIL OPEN FAULT ON AIR SUPPLY UNIT. VERIFIED LEFT HPSOV NOT IN THE FULL CLOSED POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT ENGINE HPSOV. GROUND OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
