THIS IS A CAT "A" RPR WITH NO REINSPECTION REQUIRED. PERFORMED REPAIR BY CUTTING OUT DAMAGE AND INSTALLED A REPAIR DOUBLER AND FILLER IAW SRM 57-44-21-300-011. THIS IS A CAT "A" RPR.
