THIS IS A SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT FOR THE SAME CONTROL NUMBER SUBMITTED ON 9/05/22. TRAILING EDGE FLAP BULB SEAL LEFT WING INBOARD FLAP LOWER SEAL IS MISSING. INSTALL LEFT WING TRAILING EDGE BULB SEAL. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
