FORWARD ENTRY DOOR LT ON TAKEOFF ROLL...REJECT 80 KNOTS VERIFIED DOOR IS SECURE.PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF FWD ENTRY DOOR. AND DOOR WARNING SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT TEST. FWD ENTRY DOOR OPS CHECKS GOOD NO FAULTS FOUND. COULD NOT DUPLICATE.
