DOOR 1R SLIDE DEPLOYED REPLACED DEPLOYED SLIDE. SLIDE FAILED TO REMAIN ATTACHED TO AIRCRAFT AFTER DEPLOYMENT / CATERING FAILED TO VERIFY DOOR WAS DISARMED BEFORE OPENING. MECHANIC LATER VERIFIED THAT DOOR 1L WAS ALSO STILL ARMED AFTER ARRIVAL AT GATE.
