INITIATE DIP TO INPSPECT SPEED TAPE APPLIED EVERY FLIGHT CYCLE AND COMPLETE PERMANENT REPAIR PER PART 3 WITHIN 3 FLIGHT CYCLES.  PERFORMED INTALLED SCREW AS REQUIRED ON RIGHT WING TAXI LIGHT COVER .
