SEE ATTACHED FORM 44-0008 FOR MORE DETAIL AND NON-ROUTINE CARD WILL BE WRITTEN FOR EACH COMPONENT REPLACEMENT TO SUPPORT SERVICE DIFFICULTY REPORT (SDR).
