ON CLIMB OUT-COCKPIT HADALMOST NO AIRFLOW-RESULT OVERHEATED.  RETURNED TO DEP AIRPORT. REMOVED AND REPLACED #1 PACK FLOW CONTROL VALVE REF AMM 21-51-51/401. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
