TOMC APPROVED RT SIDE EXIT 2ND ROW LIGHT IS INOP COMPLIED WITH MEL, ITEM PLACED ON DEFERRAL. REMOVE AND REPLACE LIGHT BULB AT RT SIDE EXIT ROW AT 21DEF OPS CHECKS GOOD OK FOR SERVICE.
