4L DISARM LT WILL NOT GO OUT FOUND SLIDE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED ON INITAIL DOO INSPECTION.  ARMED AND DISARMED DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES AND SLLIDE LIGHT OPERATED NORMALLY.  DOOR DISARMED AND ARMED NORMALLY ALSO.  COULD NOT DUPLICATE AND DOOR ARMING DISARMING CHECK NORMAL.
