SUSPECT FRAME OF SLIDE WARPED/BENT, SEE ATTAHCED PICTURES FOR CLARIFICATION. ORIGINAL SLIDE COVER LEFT IN FIRST CLASS SEATS. ADJUSTED LATCHES ON COVER AND REINSTALLED COVER. COVER FIT WELL AND IS SECURED. REF SRM.51-42-21
