DOOR 2L UNABLE TO CLOSE FOUND LANYARD FOR SLIDE HANGING FROM DOOR BUSTLE. PLACED BACK INTO DOOR BUSTLE. OPS CHECKED ARM AND DISARM SWITCH WITH DOOR CLOSED. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. REF AMM 25-66-00.
