POSSIBLE FUME EVENT ODD SMELL ON FLIGHT DECK DURING TAKEOFF LAST ING UP TO 18000 FT CONTACT TOMC WITH FINDINGS SMOKE AND ORDER REPORT. AT IDLE RUN MUSTY SMELL LEFT ENGINE BLEED ON RIGHT BLEED OFF BOTH PACKS RUNNING UNLOCKING FOR UPDATE ACP SMOKE ODOR CONDITIONAL INSPECTION PER MM05-51-26-800-801-C1 UP TO STEP C.(2)(E)5 WITH NO FAULTS NOTED TO THAT POINT. UNABLE TO DO PART POWER RUNS AT THIS TIME DUE TO WIND CONDITONS AT ORD.  LOCKING UNTIL CORRECTIVE ACTION REQUIRES RECIRCULATION FILTERS TO BE REPLACED ONCE THE RUNS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED R&R RECIRC. FAN FILTERS. REF AMM 21-25-01/401.  UNLOCKING PERFORMED PART POWER CHECK STEPS D.(1)(E) THROUGH (F) FOR LEFT ENGINE AND LEFT PACK REF AMM 05-51-26, NO SMELL NOTED AT THIS TIME.
