ROPE HANGING OUT OF  SLIDE AT DOOR 1R ROPE SECURED AS REQUIRED. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AS THIS TIME. DOOR ARMED AND DISARMED SEVERAL TIMES , FOUND SATISFACTORY. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF DOOR CARRIED OUT, FOUND SATISFACTORY.
