STRONG FUEL SMELL IN ACFT DURING APU OPERATION.  PERFORMED INSPECTION OF AC AND APU COMPARTMENT FOR FUEL LEAKS. NO LEAKS FOUND. NO SMELL OF FUEL FOUND. RAN THE PACKS FOR 45 MINS. NO FUEL SMELL. OK TO CONTINUE.
