## Discrepancy

RAMP REPORTS TERRIBLE SMELL IN AFT CARGO BAY.  OPENED WASTE TANK ACCESS PANEL IN AFT CARGO BAY.   FOUND NO ACTIVE LEAKS IAW AMM 38-32-07 NO SMELL PRESENT WHEN ENTERING CARGO BAY CLOSED ACCESS PANEL.
