FORWARD CARGO DOOR HANDLE NOT FLUSH WHEN CLOSED.  INSPECTED DOOR HANDLE, FOUND HANDLE FLUSH WITH SKIN, DOOR IS CLOSED AND LATCHED. CONFIRMED HOOKS ARE LATCHED AND GREEN, ECAM INDICATION IS NORMAL.
