AFT CARGO DOOR EXTERNAL OPENING HANDLE INNER SURFACE GOUGED.  AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT DOOR HANDLE HAD GOUGE THAT EXCEEDED MANUFACTURES LIMITS. REPAIRED PER EC/RA 5320-02296.
