RIGHT WING FIXED L/E RIB 15 HAS CRACKED SMALL ANGLE AT INNER BOT TOM CORNER.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RH WING FIXED L/E RIB 15 ATTACHED ANGLE IAW A319 SRM 51-42-11-001.
