## Discrepancy

UPON REMOVAL FOUND SECONDARY FINDING NR 2 HINGE ARM LOWER SANDWHICH FITTING CRACKED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 HINGE ARM FITTING IAW SRM 55-36-42-300-003 NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
