SIDE LIGHT AT SEAT 21A IS FLICKERING. 21A IS EMERGENCY EXIT ROW COMPLIED WITH MEL 3302B. PERFORMED EMRGY LIGHT TEST, ALL EMERGY LIGHTS WORK NORMAL. COLLARD CB 12E ON PANEL P92.  LEFT SIDE LIGHT. COLLARD CB 12E AT PANEL P92 WAS DONE IAW AMM 33-20-00-710-804-001. COMPLIED WITH DDP. TOMC APPROVED COMPLIED WITH MEL RESET C/B AND LIGHT IS NOT FLICKERING. MONITORED FOR SEVERAL HOURS. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 33-21-00.
