## Discrepancy

LEVEL-2 CHRONIC DOOR L4 ARMING ISSUES. DUE REPEATED FAULTS OF D OOR L4 HARD TO ARM WITH REPEAT FINDINGS OF GIRT MATERIAL IMPENDI NG WITH ARMING FUNCTION. ALONG WITH REPEATED FINDINGS OF DAMAGE TO BUSTLE ASSY. THESE FAULTS STARTED AFTER THIS SLIDE WAS RECENT LY INSTALLED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED L4 DOOR SLIDE REF AMM 25-66-01 AND TASK CARD 19-2567-9-0001.
