## Discrepancy

FA REPORTED DOOR 4L DOOR SLIDE LOOK ABNORMAL AFTER CLOSED BY CAT ERNG INSERTS FOR BRACKET PULLED OUT OF SLIDE COVER. REMOVED AND REPLACED DOOR 4L SLIDE COVER AS PER 25-66-01/401. OPS CHKS GOOD. DOOR OPERATES AND ARMS NORMALLY.   FOUND INSERTS AND BRACKETS PULLED OUT OF SLIDE COVER ON BOTTOM SHROUD.
