LIGHT ABOVE EMERGENCY EXIT 21F IS FLASHING LIKE ABOVE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR IS FLASHING. EMERGENCY LIGHT IS STILL WORKING. PER TECH SIDEWALL LIGHT C/B PULLED TO STOP FLASHING. TOMC APPROVED MEL 3302B COMPLIED WITH MEL 3302B. EMERGENCY LIGHT IS STILL WORKING. PULLED RIGHT SIDWALL LIGHTS BREAKER ON THE P92 PANEL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT ASSEMBLY REF AMM 33-21-00-960-805, OPS CHECK GOOD.
