FAS REPORT DOOR 2L QUITE LOUD IN FLIGHT AND LEAKS EXCESSIVE WATER ON GROUND. PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT TO 4.5 PSI, SPARYED LEAK DECTECTOR FOUND MASSIVE LEAK AT LOWER AFT SIDE OF DOOR INSPECTED DOOR SEALS NO DEFECTS NOTED.  ACCOMPLSHED AFT LT ENTRY DOOR ADJUSTMENT/TEST. IAW AMM 52-13-00-820-801. ADJUSTED HORIZONTAL CONTROL ROD IAW AMM 52-13-00-820-014. TESTED AFT ENTRY IAW AMM 52-13-00-700-801.  DOOR CLOSING FORCE IS NOW 340 IN LB & OPENING DOOR HANDLE FORCE IS WITHIN LIMITS.  ACCOMPLISHED DOOR LINING R&R IAW AMM 52-13-31 AND SLIDE PACK COVER R & R IAW AMM 25-66-01-00-801. ESCAPE SLIDE RENDER SAFE CHECKLIST COMPLETED. PREASSURIZED ACFT IAW AMM 05-51-91-790.  NO NOISED NOTED.
