## Discrepancy

ON FINAL APPROACH RECEIVED TE FLAP DISAGREE EICAS.  PILOTS STATED TRAILING EDGE STUCK AT 20.  DECLARED EMERGENCY AND PERFORMED A GO AROUND. THROUGHOUT ENTIRE GO AROUND, ONLY USING NORMAL FLAPS, TRAILING EDGE DID NOT MOVE OUT OF 20,  NO MATTER WHAT WAS DONE WITH FLAP HANDLE. PILOTS DID NOT TRY ALTERNATE FLAPS. PILOTS FOLLOWED 757FM NON NORMAL 2.90.32  BITE FSEU 1 - FAULTED FLA. FSEU 3 - FAULTED FSEU 2 NO DATA. FSEU 2 WOULD NOT POWER ON. NO TRIP FSEU C/BS AT P11 PANEL. CYCLED C14, C15, & C16 AT P11 PNL BUT NO HELP. FSEU 2 WOULD NOT POWER ON. REF WDM 37-51-61-1.1, VERIFIED 28VDC TO NR 2 FSEU CONNECTOR D3258A PIN H3, 115 VAC TO PIN D3, 28 VAC PIN F3. VERIFIED POWER UP OF FSEU NR 2. NO FAULTS DISPLAYED DURING FSCU BITE. OPS FLAPS BOTH IN ALTERNATE & NORMAL, IN BOTH MODES NO FAULTS DISPLAYED. CONTINUED FIM 27-51 FT 810, FLAPS RAISED FROM 30 TO 25 UNITS WHEN PLA TEST SWITCH S10329 ENGAGED. AS A PRECAUTION, REPLACED NR 2 FSEU IAW AMM 27-51-01-022-006, 422-011. OPS TESTED IAW AMM 27-51-01-722-005, FSEU PASSED BITE.
