ROW 14 EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE.    ALL LIGHTS WITHIN TWO SEAT ROWS OF THE TYPE III, EXIT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT MUST BE OPERATIVE. FOUND CONNECTOR PINS BACKED OUT, RESECURED PINS, SEAT EPL AT ROW 14 OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 33-51-11.
